Just Hanging Out

Another post just to show some recent photos. A few from the boys playing soccer - a few weeks ago they were invited to play a mini-tournament in one of the many stadiums here in Singapore, the Jalan Besar Stadium. Ethan's team won every game! And although Jonah's team did not win a game, he did score the only goal for his team!

There are also some photos from our recent visit to the Lian Shan Shuang Lin Monastery, which the is oldest Buddhist monastery in Singapore. We visited the monastery for Jonah's class project where he had to learn all about an historical site in Singapore. We decided on the monastery because it is so beautiful and even though it is only about 5 minutes from our house, we had never visited before. It was great and we learned a lot!

Finally there are some photos from Urban Attack - which is basically Wipeout, Singapore style! My friend Tommy and I signed up and had an absolute blast! And although we did a great job in our trials, neither of us completed the course on our official prelim - we got very wet! But I am hoping to head back again for my second try - I'll keep you posted. :)
